Return Policy

ASN LAUNDRY PARTS will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, except for special order parts and electrical or electronic parts or assemblies.

ASN LAUNDRY PARTS Return Requirements and Procedures:

  1. Requests for part returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  2. All returns require proof of purchase.
  3. Returned items must be in NEW condition in the original UNOPENED factory packaging. Parts that have been installed in a machine or defaced in any way are not eligible for return. A restocking fee up to 25% may be applied to any return at our sole discretion.
  4. All electronic or electrical parts or assemblies are not returnable.
  5. All shipping costs are the customer's sole responsibility to return items back to us and any shipping charges on the original order will not be refunded.
  6. Orders or items within orders that were originally shipped free of freight charges as part of our free shipping offer which are then returned or refused delivery will have actual freight charges deducted from any refund due
  7. Orders or and items within orders that are returned or refused delivery and customer uses our UPS account to return item(s) without our explicit consent to do so will have those freight charges deducted from any refund due
  8. Special order and non-stock items will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  9. No returns on discontinued items.
  10. You must call (800) 463-4067 for return authorization or e-mail Please have the following information when emailing/calling:
    1. Date of purchase and original invoice or order number
    2. Part number(s)
    3. Reason for return
  11. You must get written authorization from us to return any item or items to us for refund. This will usually be a return email or fax after your initial return request. If you return an item without this written authorization the item will be returned to you at your cost or discarded at our sole discretion.
  12. Once an item or items are authorized to be returned you must insure that adequate care is used to package the items so that it arrives to us in new condition. You assume any and all liability for any damage in transit back to us or loss in transit. If a return shipment in received damaged a refund will not be issued.
  13. Once we received items from you we will evaluate whether all return criteria has been met and then issue a refund to the original payment method used on the order subject to the terms shown above.
  14. Any claim for damaged goods must be made immediately when shipment is received by customer. Failure to do so will waive any remedy that may be available.
